This St Louis Park story-and-a-half nearly became a full 2-story by adding a shed dormer to the west and capturing space for 2 additional bedrooms, an office and a bathroom. By pulling the west wall of the house out 6 feet, the first floor was converted to a fully open plan with a great kitchen and dining area.
